Terms of Use — Adyria

Adyria is a gamification app for personal discipline. You use it, your data stays on your device, and we don't sell anything of yours to anyone. These terms explain the rules of the game — literally.

1. Who we are

Adyria is developed and operated by Leonnic Tech Ltda ("Leonnic," "we," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 65.629.766/0001-85, headquartered at R. Pais Leme, 215, Conj 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05.424-150, Brazil.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Adyria, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at leonnic.com/adyria/terms. For changes that materially modify your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within the app. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Eligibility

Adyria is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Adyria uses age verification during initial setup. If a user provides information indicating they are under 18 years of age, access to the app will be blocked.

4. What Adyria is — and what it is not

4.1 What Adyria is

Adyria is a personal gamification platform that transforms real everyday actions into game mechanics (quests, scoring, levels, progress streaks). The app operates across three pillars — Finances, Body, and Mind — helping you build discipline as a transferable skill.

4.2 What Adyria is NOT

Not financial advice. Adyria helps you organize and track your spending. It does not offer investment recommendations, tax consulting, professional financial planning, or any type of financial advice. Financial decisions are your sole responsibility.
Not medical or health guidance. Adyria may display health data from Apple Health (such as steps and hydration) but does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, medical guidance, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.
Not a substitute for professional support. The Mind pillar features (focus sessions) are organizational and motivational in nature. Adyria does not provide therapy, psychological counseling, or any mental health services.

5. Service Model and Monetization

5.1 Free Plan

Adyria offers a set of free features that allow full use of all three pillars in their basic form.

5.2 Premium Features and In-App Purchases

Adyria may offer additional features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases ("In-App Purchases"). Prices, conditions, and included features will be clearly presented before any transaction.

In-App Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your platform. Leonnic does not have access to your payment data (credit cards, bank accounts, etc.) — this data is managed exclusively by Apple or Google.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your app store settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation stops automatic renewal while maintaining access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are managed by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Leonnic does not process refunds directly.

6. Local Data Storage

Adyria uses a local-first architecture: your personal data (finances, health, gamification) is stored exclusively on your device in an encrypted local database. Leonnic does not operate any server that stores your personal data.

This means:

Your data is yours. It exists only on your device.
If you uninstall the app or delete your data, it is permanently lost. Leonnic has no copy for recovery.
Backups are your responsibility. We recommend using your device's backup feature (iCloud, Google Backup) to protect your data.

7. Apple Health Integration

Adyria may access and record data in Apple Health (HealthKit) for the Body and Mind pillars. This access includes:

Reading data such as steps and workouts recorded by other devices or apps.
Recording data such as hydration and focus sessions generated within Adyria.
Adyria never modifies or deletes data recorded by other apps in Apple Health.

This integration is:

Optional — it only occurs if you grant explicit permission in iOS settings.
Local — data read and recorded remains stored locally on your device, never transmitted to servers.
Revocable — you can revoke access at any time in iOS settings (Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices).

Adyria fully complies with Apple HealthKit guidelines and never uses health data for advertising, data mining, or sharing with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Adyria's property

The Adyria application, including its source code, design, interface, text, illustrations, the Arc character, and the Adyria brand, are the exclusive property of Leonnic Tech Ltda or its licensors, protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works of Adyria, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Leonnic, is prohibited.

8.2 Your property

You retain ownership of all personal data you enter into the app. Leonnic does not claim any ownership rights over your data.

9. Rules of Use

By using Adyria, you agree to:

Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with systems, servers, or networks related to Adyria.
Not use the app for any unlawful purpose or any purpose not authorized by these Terms.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Adyria is provided "as is" and "as available." Leonnic does not guarantee that:

The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable.
The app will meet all of your expectations or needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leonnic disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leonnic shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of data resulting from deletion, device failure, or app uninstallation.
Financial, health, or any other decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
Actions or omissions of third parties (Apple, Google, service providers).

Leonnic's total liability, when applicable, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Leonnic in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $20.00, whichever is greater.

12. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through the "Delete all data" feature on the Profile screen of the app. This action is irreversible.

13. Termination

You may stop using Adyria at any time by simply uninstalling the app. We recommend using the "Delete all data" feature before uninstalling.

Leonnic may suspend or terminate your access to the app in case of violation of these Terms, with prior notice when reasonably possible.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

For users residing in the European Union: nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under applicable local law, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile.

For users residing in California, USA: any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where applicable law requires access to court.

15. General Provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leonnic regarding the use of Adyria.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment: Leonnic may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part. You may not assign your rights or obligations without Leonnic's prior written consent.
